What time is check in & can we get an early check in?

Official check in time is 2:30 PM.
An early check in is dependent on the previous check out. We always try to accommodate an early check in if it is possible and will keep you posted via message if we’re able to have the place ready for you prior to check in time. In the mean time, you can leave your bags at the security cabin and head out until we are ready for you.

What time is check out & can we get a late check out?

Official check out time is 11:00 AM.
A late check out is dependent on the next check in. We always try to accommodate a late check out if it is possible and will keep you posted via message if we’re able to offer you the same. Else, after check out you can leave your bags at the security cabin and head out and come to collect your bags later that day as per your convenience.

Can you help us rent a car or scooter?

Yes we can. Please let us know if you need help booking either and we can share a few contacts with you for the same.

Is there daily housekeeping?

Yes, most of our properties have housekeeping every day. Two of the properties don’t have housekeeping on Tuesdays.

The team usually comes to clean anytime between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, or 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM. If you are stepping out and want the home cleaned, please leave your keys with security and drop us a message informing us of the same.

Can we spoke at the property?

Yes. You can smoke at our properties, however this must be limited to the outdoor spaces only such as the balconies or gardens. If you are found to have smoked indoors there will be an INR 5000 fine towards the same.
